If your Point Of Sale is currently having trouble making payments and printing receipts, it means your store has not updated its Installer app and Microservices to the latest versions. This caused some customers to lose connection to hardware devices including payment terminals, printers, and other store devices needed for operations. To check the status of the services go to the Erply Wizard environment https://posow-sb.erply.com/.
 and login with Erply credentials (Erply ID, username, password).

 

Here are the steps you need to take:

 
  1. In order to fix the issue we ask you to uninstall the current version of the Installer App.
  2.  
  3. Once the Installer App is uninstalled, you need to download and install a new version of the Installer App.
  4.  
  5. After installing the new Installer App we also ask you to connect all your external devices.
